Ann retired from full-time work in December 2021 after 20+ years in a range of senior executive roles.  Her final full-time role was as CEO of Murdock Builders Merchants, a large, fast-paced, progressive, multi-site family-owned organisation with Branches across Northern Ireland and the Greater Dublin region.  She held this role for 13 years.

Ann has an excellent track record of working alongside a highly engaged Board to deliver results within a very results-orientated environment. Her background is a combination of strong commercial focus alongside the importance of recruiting, developing and retaining the key talent a business needs to achieve its objectives. 

Ann now works as an independent Consultant, supporting business leaders through coaching and mentoring, to maximise their commercial contribution to their businesses through maximising the contribution of their people.  By adopting a balanced approach to strategic vision alongside the day-to-day needs of a business, her style is to be realistic and practical, while focusing on the two key areas for any business – People and Profitability.
