About Eamon
Eamon is Managing Director of SalesPlus and heads up our Financial Consulting team.
Eamon works closely with many of SalesPlus’ clients, providing a wide range of financial consultancy services, including:

The raising of finance for businesses, which includes completing and managing grant and debt applications.

Completing and implementing strategic financial business plans as well as financial and cashflow projections.

Working closely with SME owners on their internal financial reporting functions and putting adequate financial reporting systems in place, including as an outsourced part-time Financial Director role.

Working with SME owners on their financial capability skills and their understanding of their business finances.

Delivering training courses to SME owners on a range of financial issues.
Eamon has significant cross-sectoral expertise. He has worked with clients across a
broad range of areas including food processing, engineering, manufacturing, craft,
renewables, technology and retail. Eamon has a thorough understanding of SMEs and what businesses need in terms of financial planning and the strategy needed in executing their financial plans.
Eamon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Eamon is a registered Business Growth Advisor with Enterprise Ireland. He is a registered Mentor with Monaghan, Louth, Cavan, Sligo, Fingal and South Dublin Local Enterprise Offices.
